Treatments take place in my Treatment Room at home, so the address will be provided to you when booking. I can do home visits in and around the Nuneaton area if preferred, however fuel cost may need to be included if it is more than 5 miles.

Reiki & Crystal Therapy
Everything is energy, including our bodies. It is believed that if your energy is not flowing properly or is blocked, it can cause mental or physical ailments. Reiki is a form of energy healing that soothes, rebalances and unblocks your energy to bring you to full health. Crystals, coming from the earth, are also made of energy, each with different frequencies and vibrations. When placed on or near the body, their energy interacts with your energy, healing on another level to Reiki. A typical treatment would consist of you lying on your back, fully clothed, with crystals placed on and/or around your body. I then hold my hands on or above areas of your body, working from head to toe. This can also be done sitting in a chair if preferred. Reiki works at bringing you to full health and so will treat all ailments on all levels, from a cold or a broken bone to stress and built up emotions.

Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a traditional Indian technique of treating the upper back, neck, shoulders, face and scalp. You will be seated in a chair and have a towel wrapped round your torso in place of your top. If you would prefer to stay clothed, the treatment can be done without oils. I will ask you to remove any glasses, earrings or necklaces you may be wearing however, a hair bobble or clip is necessary for long hair so that I can easily massage the neck and shoulders. Indian Head Massage works on both a physical and psychological level and the techniques used aid de-stressing of the whole body. A treatment is usually deeply calming and relaxing; leaving you feeling energised and revitalised.
